Yuba River is Summer Paradise
Date Published: Aug 19,2010
The Yuba River with its lakes, campgrounds and cabins is one of the prettiest watersheds in Northern California - and a recreation paradise for summer. It flows out of the north Sierra along Highway 49 and down into the foothills through Bullards Bar Reservoir and Englebright Lake near Grass Valley. In that span is an array of great boat-in campgrounds, fishing for bass, fly-fishing for trout, rafting and swimming holes, along with drive-in campgrounds and cabin rentals. A trip to the Yuba is a way to crown a great summer.
