Water warnings aside, residents take to rivers

The largest water release at New Bullards Bar Dam in four years has led authorities to caution vacationers about higher and faster water on the Yuba River. But on Sunday, visitors had little on their minds but the long-awaited arrival of summer weather good enough for boating and fun.
